This website is operated by VIU Digi Labs, part of Skillvelop Ventures Private Limited, headquartered in Hyderabad, India. These terms cover website use and enquiries. Paid services require a separate written proposal or agreement.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when you contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access private records, submit harmful material or use enquiry forms for unsolicited advertising. We may restrict misuse.
Free Growth Mapping Session
The complimentary offer is a 30-minute business conversation, three suggested priorities and a one-page 90-day action outline supplied after the session. It has no fee, card requirement or obligation to buy. A form submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We agree availability and a suitable scope with you. Detailed audits, implementation and ongoing consulting are not included.
Booking, rescheduling and suitability
We confirm the time and meeting details directly. If you cannot attend, contact us so we can arrange another suitable time. The session is intended for genuine business planning. We may decline requests outside our expertise or requests that misuse the offer.
Proposals, fees and changes
Paid work starts only after the scope, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities and other applicable terms have been agreed in writing. A website description or calculator does not form a binding price quote. Additional work, third-party charges, taxes and changes to scope must be addressed in the project agreement.
Your information and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of material you provide. Project timelines depend on agreed access, content, feedback and approvals. Both parties should flag delays promptly and agree a revised plan where needed.
Confidentiality and credentials
Each party should protect non-public information received for the engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose. Do not send passwords in ordinary email or enquiry forms. Administrative access, credentials and confidential datasets must be shared through an agreed secure method and removed or rotated when no longer required.
Ownership and permitted use
VIU website content and identity are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view and share links to the website, but may not present our identity or content as your own. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Results, tools and availability
We do not guarantee a ranking, AI citation, sales figure or return on advertising spend. Website tools use the information and assumptions shown beside them. We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content and services may change and uninterrupted access is not promised.
AI-assisted work and review
Where AI tools support research, drafting, analysis or automation, the project agreement defines the intended use, available safeguards and any required human review. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. The client remains responsible for regulated, legal, financial, medical or other high-impact decisions unless a separately qualified professional is engaged.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, advertising platforms, software, payment providers, data services and other third-party products operate under their own terms, pricing and availability. We identify material dependencies where reasonably possible, but do not control third-party outages, policy changes, approvals or account decisions.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The governing law, dispute arrangements and any agreed liability provisions for paid work belong in the signed project agreement, subject to mandatory rights. Please contact us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it.
